The back patio is a favorite, as it includes covered seating, a firepit and a TV to offer ample ways to enjoy relaxing outside.

The home is furnished a with king-sized bed in the master bedroom and queen-sized beds in both guest rooms. This allows for a total sleeping capacity of 6 guests.

In the kitchen you will find that it is stocked with silverware, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, casserole dishes and spices for meals at home.

We also provide a coffee bar stocked with a Ninja Espresso & Coffee Barista System. This coffee maker can make both drip coffee (including coffee over ice) & espresso. We have provided espresso pods, a selection of teas, creamer and sugar to get you through the first couple of mornings.

Additional kitchen appliances include: a blender, food processor, mixer, crockpot, & toaster.

Smart TVs are located in the living room, in each of the bedrooms, and on the back patio so you can login to any streaming app during your stay.

Additional amenities include: a washer & dryer, iron, blow dryer, towels, shampoo/conditioner, and more.

You'll have access to the entire home, other than the garage, as that stays locked for our cleaners.

For those looking to do some work during your stay, we offer high speed internet and have a desk with two monitors located in the master bedroom.

Window covers: The window coverings installed are sheer but we have left blackout curtains in each of the bedroom closets/dressers for you to use if you want ones that will block out more light. We have also left extra pillows in the master closet and extra sheets in each of the closets.

For those bringing pets, we have left pet couch covers folded up in the master closet.

Please note, in an effort to maintain a secure premises, the home is equipped with a video doorbell at the front entrance, a security camera above the garage, and one by the back door. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior and there are no cameras on the inside. They cannot see the fire-pit or back patio for privacy purposes.

Our home is thoroughly cleaned between each stay and ensures compliance with Airbnb's enhanced 5-step cleaning protocol. We take pride in how clean our homes are and always want to know if any issues arise during your stay.

Any items left behind by a guest will either be thrown out, or shipped to the guest at their own expense.

If any damage to your personal property has occurred during your stay, we require a professional repair quote to be received in order to provide compensation for such damages. This allows us to fairly compensate for the damage for both parties.

CLEANING FEES:
This home requires a 30+ day minimum stay. This requires our cleaners to do a deep clean post stay, which is reflective in our pricing. If you would like a mid-stay refresh, our cleaners charge $150 and we would be happy to arrange this for you.

A mid-stay refresh includes linen and towel exchange, trash removal, bathroom wipe-down, kitchen counter tidy, and amenity restock.

PETS:
We have a required pet fee of $150/pet. For pets over 50lbs, we charge an additional $50/pet. This fee is nonrefundable. We do allow pets in this space, but they must be approved by the host as we ask the following questions:

1. Are they house trained?

2. Will they respect the furniture? Pets are not allowed on the furniture, and we do not allow pets that might potentially chew or scratch on anything. We also require that guests with pets leave the pet covers on the couch, in order to help it stay nice for the next guest. These can be found folded up in the master closet on the top shelf.

3. Can you confirm that they will not be left alone at the house unless in a kennel?

SECURITY DEPOSITS:
Since this home requires longer-term stays, we do require a refundable security deposit of $1,250 ($1,500 for those bringing pets). This will be refunded back to you as long as the home is left in good condition upon check out, all house rules were followed, and there is no damage.

You will have access to the entire home, except for the garage which stays locked as it houses our supplies.

You will not meet us in person but are easily reachable via the Airbnb app or by phone!
