In the kitchen, you’ll find that it is stocked with all the silverware, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, casserole dishes, spices, and cooking oil you’ll need to make meals at home. Extra kitchen appliances include a toaster.

We also provide a coffee bar stocked with a drip coffee machine, ground coffee, a selection of teas, sugar, and creamer.

The living room and master bedroom is furnished with a nice flat-screen smart TV so you can login to any streaming app during your stay. During the colder months, we invite guests to cozy up by the living room fireplace and enjoy our coffee table chest full of fun games.

Additional amenities you will find include: a washer and dryer, iron, blow dryer, towels, shampoo/conditioner, and more.

You’ll have access to the entire home, other than two closets and the shed, as that stays locked for our cleaners.

For those looking to do some work during your stay, we have provided two desks in the master bedroom and high-speed internet, making working remotely easy and comfortable.

This home is fully fenced and does allow pets, but we kindly ask that you inform your host about them prior to your stay for us to approve.

Please note that we do not allow check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. This so we can allow our cleaners to have these holidays off with their families.

Located on the property is a zipline. This is for owner use only and we do not allow guests to use it during their stay.

Please note, in an effort to maintain a secure premises, the home is equipped with a Ring camera at the front entrance. The camera is ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.

Important note about the drinking water: This home is on a well. Drinking the tap water won’t harm you, but most people find that it does not taste good. We strongly recommend bringing bottled water with you during your stay.

Our home is thoroughly cleaned between each stay and ensures compliance with Airbnb’s enhanced 5-step cleaning protocol.

Any items left behind by a guest will either be thrown out, or shipped to the guest at their own expense.

If any damage to your personal property is occurred during your stay, we require a professional repair quote to be received in order to provide compensation for such damages. This allows us to fairly compensate for the damage for both parties.
